Meet Our Team

We take incredible pride in our amazing trainers at Fit Club For Women. It isn't hard to find a certified personal trainer here in Marin. But it's very rare to find trainers as knowledgeable, positive, and fun as the trainers at Fit Club. Our trainers understand how to work with women of all ages, crafting workouts that push our members while keeping them safe, engaged, and happy.

"The trainers are simply amazing! Always happy and cheerful, making sure your workout is just right for you, and they keep motivating you (in a fun way) for that extra push. You cannot help but feel that the place is so much more than a gym. It is a place of health and happiness, and it feels like home."

What made you decide to become a personal trainer?

Growing up I was never very athletic or competitive. Because of that, I shied away from playing sports. I used to think that fitness was not for me until I discovered strength training and instantly fell in love. I became very passionate about health and fitness and that’s when I decided that I wanted to help others find and build their own strength. Fitness is for everyone, regardless of athletic ability.

What made you decide to become a personal trainer?

For me it was an evolution. I had been a professional singer and dancer for over 15 years. When I was ready to move on to the next thing, personal training was a natural fit. I love the human form, how it functions and how it moves. I enjoy watching people move and express themselves through their bodies with strength and grace. I am passionate about showing people how to take better care of their bodies, move in healthier ways, prevent injuries and heal their mind, body and spirit.

What made you decide to become a personal trainer?

I was always interested in medicine, health, and fitness. When I got to college I enjoyed studying the sciences and exercise physiology in particular.  Becoming a personal trainer seemed like a natural fit to combine my love of fitness and helping other people obtain maximum health and wellness through lifestyle changes, diet  and exercise.

I had very talented instructors who knew I was open to trying the latest exercise trends and put me to the test. Through the years, I had been encouraged to become a personal trainer since, according to my trainers, I had already established my “residency!” After some consideration, I decided to leave the hospitality world and embarked on my next adventure: the fitness industry.
