What was your “a-hah” moment?
One year after giving birth to my baby, I realized I had gained weight. I was hospitalized due to illness and believed it was directly related to my unhealthy weight and lifestyle. I made the decision to dedicate 3 hours a week to my health and joined the studio.
What other changes have you observed in the way you look and feel?
My overall confidence has improved drastically over the last couple months as a direct result from joining Fit Club For Women. I feel happier and healthier because of the weight loss and muscle tone I've gained. It is easier to get through the day and keep up with my little one.
Why did the program work for you?
The program works because all the components combined create a very safe environment for women to lose weight or get in shape. The trainers are great, and the members are the sweetest — always offering their best advice if needed. I actually look forward to coming into gym for the first time in my life.
