Have you noticed any changes in your health?
I have lost weight which feels a lot better. I think my core has become much stronger which really has helped to prevent injuries and back strains. Even as I'm getting older, my endurance has increased and I have less injuries.
How do you feel since you've joined Fit Club?
I feel stronger and more balanced. I feel that my clothes fit better and I have more energy.
What was your “a-hah” moment?
When I needed to buy the next size down in clothing. When I could lift the 40lb bag of dog food out of the car without any strain or fear of hurting my back.
What keeps you motivated for your workouts?
I enjoy the type and variety of workouts we do. I really enjoy the trainers and their careful observations of how each of us is doing. They pay attention to each women's abilities and needs. The trainers are encouraging, make the workouts fun and have a great sense of humor.
What tip would you give our new ladies?
No matter where you start out, if you keep at it, you'll improve and continue to come closer to your goals. Be mindful and aware of your body giving you information about yourself. It may be work harder, or slow down. Just listen.
