A Posture & Core Workshop (w/ Jessica Moller)

So many of our daily aches and pains are caused by problems with our posture, how we hold our bodies and move through our daily lives. Our spine is a series of small bones and if these bones are not stacked properly, if something is out of alignment, stress develops and the fine balance between the multiple systems of our body is thrown off. These imbalances can affect strength and endurance, digestion, sleep patterns, even your emotional state.
During our hands on workshop I will show you simple stretches and exercises that will help alleviate pain and weakness and improve your posture which will make you look and feel younger and more attractive! Strengthening core muscles, improving flexibility and fine-tuning your gait will reduce strain in your back and neck which can improve the quality of your life.
So much improves when we treat our body with kindness. The greatest joys can come from even the simplest of daily pleasures when we feel fit and healthy.
